As the latest release in the Royal Oak series, the 15720 not only continues the family’s excellent characteristics but also introduces the most convenient yet difficult-to-replicate feature: the one-click quick-release strap and buckle. The IP factory spared no expense, undergoing multiple mold openings and trial-and-error phases to achieve a quick-release effect identical to the original, ensuring that both removal and installation are fully interchangeable and compatible with genuine parts. 1: The end-link section connecting the case to the strap was the most challenging part. The original end-link was sacrificed to inspect its internal structure, allowing for the replication of an identical mechanism that achieves a smooth, one-click removal and instant installation without any lag. 2: The buckle is also the first quick-release buckle introduced by Audemars Piguet, making it more convenient to change straps or buckles to meet different needs. The IP factory also performed multiple mold adjustments to ensure the buckle fits neither too tight nor too loose, matching the original feel. 3: The case is crafted from fine steel, paired with anti-glare sapphire crystal for the glass and caseback, and a black ceramic screw-down crown. All data and materials are benchmarked against genuine scans. 4: The movement utilizes a 9015 modified into the brand-new Calibre 4308 self-winding movement, featuring a large balance wheel, long power reserve, stable timekeeping, and no after-sales concerns. 5: Exclusive top-tier movement plate polishing for a more three-dimensional look. The rotor color has been specially tuned to match the original. 6: The most user-friendly movable end-link buffering ensures a perfect fit with the genuine article. This is a detail the IP factory invested heavily in, achieving a movable buffering effect on top of the quick-release functionality. 7: The dial is engraved with the “Méga Tapisserie” pattern, paired with luminescent applied hour markers and Royal Oak hands. The black rotating inner bezel features a beige 0 to 15-minute zone. 8: Imported luminous filling is used, providing the longest-lasting glow and the most precisely aligned inner scale. 9: The date window features a magnifying lens with the same magnification as the original, offering exceptional transparency. 10: The strap is an imported rubber strap molded from the latest genuine version; the texture, grain, and quality all match the authentic piece, providing a more premium feel.
